As a Fourth Generational Cotton Farm, hemp was never on the menu. Maryann Chapman, owner of CPH, was on a mission to find an all natural remedy to help deal with her terrible migraines, among other ailments. Researching and testing different products she finally found that CBD was FINALLY breaking her month long migraine. From there, she knew her purpose was to save herself and anyone else that may be suffering the same way she does. Ergo, Cotton Patch Hemp (CPH) was born. Her husband and skilled farmer, Will Chapman has backed his wife in this mission wholeheartedly, growing the finest hemp in South Carolina.

For 22 years, I have suffered from migraines. Beginning at 19, they have progressively gotten worse in frequency and duration, decreasing my quality of life considerably. I realized I was not able to be the wife and mother I wanted to be, so after countless medications, I was directed to “migraine surgery”. I was able to finally feel some relief and function to a certain extent, until last fall. A ruptured fallopian tube and ovary caused by an ectopic pregnancy required emergency surgery, and I once again was overcome by uncontrollable migraines—one stuck around for 47 days straight!
Our family farm began investigating growing hemp, so my husband and I attended various conferences throughout the southeast and found many others in the farming industry who had experiences like mine. They each had personal stories about how CBD changed their life, and after trying it out myself, I found a full spectrum drop that broke my 47-day migraine after only 10 days of use! I am so thankful to report that my migraines have decreased in frequency and severity, nor have I had a debilitating migraine since beginning my CBD regimen.
